Purchased our home and garden HG51 spa from Lowe’s. I didn’t realize they build to order which was a awesome surprise. We received our spa yesterday and mounted it on our deck. I noticed a small crack on the side and some small hoes on the cover. I called and talked with Michelle in customer service and she immediately put the ticket in to send out the replacement parts. I was shocked on how great their customer service was. We haven’t hooked up the spa as of yet but later on today our electrician will put the final touches on it so we can start to enjoy it. We are extremely pleased with Home & Garden and would highly recommend them to family & friends. 5 Stars + review!
